高校实施发展性教师评价制度研究

摘    要:传统的奖惩性教师评价制度不能有效应对高校教学的困境,迫切需要新的评价制度。而发展性教师评价制度能激发高校教师的教学热情,促进高校教师教学专业发展。同时,高校教师的自我特征和高校本身的特点,也为在高校实施发展性教师评价制度提供了可能。

Abstract:Traditional Teacher Evaluation System for Praise and Punishment can not effectively solve the problems in the teaching of higher learning institutions and new evaluation systems are urgently needed.However,Developmental Teaching Evaluation System can stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of the teachers in colleges and universities and can promote professional development of the teachers.Meanwhile,self-characteristic of the teachers and self-feature of colleges and universities also provide feasibility for higher learning institutions to implement Developmental Teaching Evaluation System.
