| 摘 要： | 刑事程序中检、警制度是刑事诉讼构造理论中的一个重要课题.正确处理检、警关系,对于我国刑事诉讼法的修改有很重要的意义.本文在考察"检警一体化"制度和我国检警制度的基础上,归纳、分析了几个应予完善解决的问题.
