| 摘 要： | 如何完善中国的人民代表大会制度已成为当今宪法学研究的重要问题之一,但以往对这一问题的研究一般停留在对已提出的问题如何具体操作深化上,随着法制文明与教育理念的进步,为大学生积极参与人民代表大会制度建设创造了优良的环境。“大学生代议制民主”这一理论以及建议发展完善“身份代表制”,拓展了我国人大制度理论与实践的视野,是对人大制度完善有着重要借鉴意义的新理论。它的深化研究将促进整个人大制度及其他相关理论的完善。

| Abstract: | The way to develop the National People's Congress System has been one of the important issues in the research of constitutional law.But this issue used to be focused on how to deepen the specific operation theoretically on former suggestions.With the development of legal system and educational notion,it is good for the preparation of the election of university students.The theory of the University Student Representative System Democracy and the advice of developing identity-commissary system make a new considerable view,and develop the theory and practice of the system.Its perfection will continue developing the theories of NPC System and those involved. |
