| 摘 要： | 现代企业由于所有权和控制权的分离而产生了委托代理关系。在委托代理关系中 ,委托人和代理人之间的利益不一致又产生了代理问题。本文对代理问题的产生进行了分析并探讨了西方市场经济发达国家解决代理问题的方法。以此为参照 ,针对中国国有企业代理问题特点 ,提出了相应的解决途径。

| Abstract: | The division of property rights and control rights of modern enterprise causes the relation of trust and agency. The difference of benefit between truster and agent causes agency problem. In this paper, the cause of agency problem is analysed and the way of solving the problem is also analyzed. Then, according to the characteristis of state owned enterprises in China some useful suggestions are made. |
