| 摘 要： | 采用统计法对在职教职工和离退人员的体检进行了分析,并结合个案调查、文献研究等方法,参考了我国大专院校、科研单位的相关研究,对我校教职工健康状况存在的问题进行分析,并提出了解决问题的对策,供学校相关部门参考。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of statistics, individual investigating and consulting the literature, referring to the interrelated study of colleges and scientific research institution, we analyzed the outcomes of the physical test of the teachers and staffs of Jimei University. Some countermeasures are put forward. |
