湖南省举重队女性运动员运动损伤的调查分析

摘    要:文章对湖南省队女性举重运动损伤进行调查分析,调查发现:湖南省队女性运动损伤发生的部位以膝关节、大腿部为最高,其次为腰部和肩关节,颈部与锁骨部位相对较低。运动损伤发生的主要原因为身体疲劳、注意力不够集中、准备活动不充分等因素,建议作足充分准备活动,调整运动负荷与合理的营养补充等措施,以有效地减少运动损伤。

Abstract:Through the survey of Hunan provincial women's weightlifting sport injuries occur on the knee, thigh with the highest rate, followed by injuries, the study finds that female athlete the waist and shoulder, neck and clavicle positions. The main causes of injuries are physical fatigue, lack of concentration, insufficient preparation factors. Recommendations of the study include sufficient preparation, adjustment of exercise load and reasonable nutrition supplement and other measures, in order to effectively reduce sports injuries.
