背景音乐与口令词对简化太极拳教学效果的影响研究——以武汉体育学院为例

摘    要:文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实验法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、访谈法等研究方法,对口令词和背景音乐在太极拳教学中的作用进行研究。研究发现:背景音乐与口令词在太极拳课堂教学中产生了积极的影响,包括:减轻教师任务;引导学生自主练习;加强动作记忆;使动作形象生动;让学生表现到位;增强文化感知;赋予师生自己人效应和暗示效应;活跃课堂气氛;增加太极拳的魅力;提高课堂效率;加强学生对太极拳练习要点“松”、“静”、“柔”的体验。

Abstract:The article with the literature material method, logic analysis, experimental method, questionnaire investigation, data statistics, interviews and other research methods, studies the roles of passwords and background music in taijiquan teaching. The study finds: background music with passwords in tai chi chuan has a positive influence on the classroom teaching, including: reducing teachers' tasks; guide the student to practice independently; strengthening movement memory; make the action vivid; let student performance in place; enhance cultural awareness; give oneself person effect and implied effect between teachers and students; active classroom atmosphere. Increase the charm of taijiquan; improve the classroom efficiency; to strengthen students' tai chi practice points "loose" and "static", "soft" experience.
