| 摘 要： | 在新的形势下,高职院校如何针对学生的特点,转变办学思路,加强学生素质教育,探讨适合其成材的教育模式和教育方式,是广大高职院校教育工作者面临的一个重要课题.阐述了新时期高职院校学生的特点,并就相应的教育管理对策进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | To some extent,the expansion of current higher learning institutions meets the urgent need which is arisen when our social marketing economy is rapidly increasing.It not only quickens the process of the higher education popularity,but also issues a series of challenges to the students' management.Under the new situation,this paper finstly presents this important problem how the higher vocational colleges change their mind to facilitate the qualityoriented education,then analyzes what kind of teaching mode and method is the most suitable for the students to became useful persons. |
