| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了ERP的概念及产生背景，简要论述了ERP在国外发展的概况，重点分析了ERP在中国的应用历程，并指出ERP的应用将显著提高我国企业的信息化水平。最后提出了我国企业应用ERP时应注意的四个问题。
