| 摘 要： | 图式指的是围绕某一个主题组织起来的知识的表征和贮存方式。将图式理论应用于酒店英语教学,采取必要的教学措施,使每个工作岗位的程序以图式的形式被学生所认知和贮存,有利于提高酒店英语的教学效果。

| Abstract: | The Schema theory refers to the representation and structure of knowledge according to a certain topic. After applying this theory to hospitality English teaching, the whole content of English for hospitality can be considered as schemata to be represented and stored in student＇s brain, which improves the teaching effect. |
