陕西省水文测验受工程建设影响及采取的对策初探

近年来，随着西部大开发战略的实施，我省经济建设持续快速发展，水资源供需矛盾更加突出。由于供水、城市景观、生态环境改造、旅游、发电、跨流域调水、交通等涉水工程的新建，改变了水文站所在局部河段的水沙特性和测验条件，给正常水文测验工作造成了前所未有的困难，本文就目前陕西省水文测验受人类活动影响的现状，建议采取两方面的措施：一是贯彻相关法律、法规、政策，加强对各种工程建设的管理。二是加强试验研究，探索新的测验方式、方法，提高技术水平应对人类活动对水文测验的不利影响。

The Influences of Near-shore Project on Hydrological Survey in Shaanxi Province and Countermeasures

With the economic development of Shaanxi province in recent years, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources becomes more prominent. Due to the building of near-shore projects such as water supply project, urban landscape pattern, eeo-environment transformation, interbasin water diversion, the characteristics of runoff and sediment had changed, as well as the condition of hydrological survey. This posed unprecedented difficulty for the hydrological survey. The authors give some countermeasures connected with the present situation of the hydrological survey in Shaanxi province, ie, strengthening the project management with the implementation of the law and policy, probing into new surveying method to reduce the impact of human activities on hydrological survey.
