对廉政客体问题的再思考

廉政客体就是指康政的对象.是否依法具有行使公共权力的资格,是确定是否属于廉政客体的标准.据此,廉政客体应该界定为"各级各类行使公共权力的机构及各类公职人员".具体来讲,我国现阶段的康政客体包括党的机关,立法、行政、司法、军事等国家机关,公有企业及具有公有成分的混合型企业、人民团体、事业单位以及在这些机构中行使公共权力的所有公职人员.

The object of incorrupt politics refers to the target of incorrupt politics.The object of incorrupt politics is defined in terms of the rights for exercising public powers according to law.According to this,the object of incorrupt politics should include the individuals and organizations of different levels and different kinds exercising public powers.Particularly speaking,the object of incorrupt politics during the present stage in China should include the following organs:party organization,legislative body,administrative department,judicial organ,military system and so on.It also includes public owned enterprises and the mixed enterprises which are of public compositions,people's organizations,institutions and all the people who are exercising public powers in these organizations.
