科学长效的图书馆考核评优办法探索

评优是一种有效的激励方式,其目的在于表彰先进、激励他人。目前,图书馆考核评优办法不够科学、操作性不强,馆员对其认识和重视程度不够。重庆文理学院图书馆根据本馆的实际情况,结合多年积累的经验,制定了以定性和定量考核相结合、民主和集中相结合、遵循公开为原则的考核评优办法,得到了馆员的高度认同。
