| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic construction of service systems at all levels in Changsha since inception of the sharing project of cultural information resources in 2002.On the basis this paper discusses how to play the advantages of network systems and resources of sharing project in order to establish the direction and thinking of the digital construction of information resources in our city,and carry out digital library alliance. |
