| 摘 要： | 本文以文献计量学分析为基础,通过调查问卷的形式,了解医务工作人员利用医学信息资源的情况,从而分析出其信息意识、信息能力的现状与问题,进而针对具体问题提出了提高医院医务人员信息素质的措施和新途径,为推动医院信息化的快速发展打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | On the basis of bibliometric analysis,and through the questionnaire of medical staff,this paper analyzes the information awareness,information capacity of the current situation and the problems in the utilization of medical information resources,and then puts forward the countermeasures and new methods to improve the information literacy of medical staff,in order to promote the development of medical information. |
