| 摘 要： | 本文运用主成分分析法,引入影响中小企业创新发展环境相关指标,对2006-2012年安徽中小企业创新发展环境进行实证分析,并进行综合评价。结果显示,政策环境、法律环境、文化环境对改善安徽中小企业创新发展环境发挥了重要作用,市场环境对安徽中小企业创新发展环境改善贡献度有限,科技资金使用效率、技术成果转化制度设计和指标属性三个方面均在一定程度上对安徽中小企业创新环境的改善有所弱化,须进一步提高科技资金使用效率、科技成果转化效率和科研与市场对接效率,以优化中小企业创新发展环境。

| Abstract: | In this paper,principal component analysis is used to introduce related indicators of the impact of in-novative environment for SME development. and empirical analysis on the innovation for 2006-2012Anhui envi-ronment due to the development of SMEs is done. The results show that policy regulations,legal allowance cul-tural conventions play an important role to improvs the environment for the development of SMEs. Market envi-ronment for innovation and development in Anhui limited contribution to improve the environment for SMEs. Technology capital efficiency,technological achievements into the system design and index property aspects,to some extent,weakened the improving innovation environment for SMEs in Anhui. It is necexitry to improve the efficiency of capital use of technology,research and technological achievements into productivity and efficiency and market docking,to optimize the innovation environment for SME development. |
