| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对吉林省中学课余训练现状进行了调查研究,结果表明：项目布局不合理,与本省的优势运动项目契合度不高;资金短缺、设备陈旧;教练员运动经历不足、专职化程度不高;以及学训矛盾等是影响中学课余训练的重要因素,并对此提出了相应的对策与建议。
