摘    要:默顿的“科学发现的优先权”在其科学奖励系统乃至整个科学社会学的理论架构中居于十分重要的地位,本文将其与组织管理学、组织行为学结合,探讨“优先权”理论对现代人力资源管理理论和实践的启示,并着重于如何才能在组织中具备这样的环境和条件,使得组织成员的各类创新能够得到有效承认和激励。本文从提倡生活与工作质量、突出自在实现,到推崇共有价值观、营造互相欣赏的组织氛围、实行工作内容丰富制,以及建立申述程序等方面提出建议。

Abstract:The scientific priority by Merton is quite prominent in his scientific rewarding system,even within the theoretic structure of the whole sociology of science.This paper links the theory with organization management and organizational behaviors,probing into the priority theory and revealing its application to the theory and practice of human resources management at present,and focuses on how to possess such environments and conditions in an organization,in which various of innovations and inventions achieved by all levels of members will be able to be recognized,rewarded and encouraged effectively.In this paper,it is proposed that the target can be accomplished through the ways of focusing on the living compared with working itself,giving prominence to the free realization,praising highly of the corporate value shared,upbuilding an atmosphere of wide recognition among members,shifting working matters and establishing an appealing procedure.
