| 摘 要： | 图书馆是开展＂全民阅读＂最活跃的场所之一。开展＂全民阅读＂,努力提高国民的素质,是增强国家竞争力的重要手段,在构建和谐社会中发挥着重要的作用。文章针对我国国民阅读现状进行分析,提出建设性意见及相应的对策,从而更好地推进公共图书馆事业发展,促进全民阅读,推动和谐社会建设进程。
