| Abstract: | Changing style of work is the key to news reform. The more swiftly the news cause develops, the more seriously the competition will be and the more seriously should the news circle pay attention to building its own employees. It is necessary for it to cultivate its employees with the styles being practical and realistic, honest and clean, strict and careful, diligent and hard working . |
