| Abstract: | Innovation of ideological and political work in enterprises is essential to meet the requirement of the reforming and opening policy . Therefore, management of all levels should strengthen the innovation in ideological and political work. Emphases should be stressed in practical work. The relationship between innovating and inheriting should be balanced. Managements should improve along with the development of the society and carve out working phases. |
