| Abstract: | The judicial independence is the assurance of justice and civil liberty. In China which is marching toward governed by law, realizing judicial independence is a historical task that can't be avoided for setting up democratic and constitutional government. This text analyses how to structure the judicial independence under contemporary China's constitutional government system. |
