| Abstract: | In the last years of Qing Dynasty and early years of the Public of China, Li Zhen, a peasant in Xin'an county of Luoyang wrote a myth novel Story of Hongmo, which depicted the supernatural being of Guan Yu-Saint God Guan. The new image was closely related to Guan Yu worship in Luoyang. |
