| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的飞速发展,在推动经济和社会发展的各种资源中,人力资源已经上升为起决定性作用的资源。大连高新技术园区作为大连乃至东北地区的技术高地,人才是其发展的关键和核心。高新园区要正视自身人才发展中存在的问题和面临的挑战,积极采取应对措施,促进高新园区的稳定、快速发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economic globalization,human resources have risen to play a decisive role in a variety of resources of promoting economic and social development.Talent is the key to the development of Dalian High-tech Zone,which is a technology highland in Dalian,even in Northeast China.Dalian High-tech Zone should face up to the problems and challen-ges in the development of talents,take active measures to improve the stable and rapid development of Dalian High-tech Zone. |
