高校教师知识共享动机与行为关系研究

高校教师知识共享水平低,已经成为制约高校竞争力提升的瓶颈。目前对该问题的研究主要集中在如何改善技术、加强共享文化建设上,对如何激励教师分享自己知识的动机研究比较少。因此,笔者从高校教师个体动机层面入手,通过实证研究探讨了制约高校教师共享行为的动机问题。
