| 摘 要： | 管壳式换热器中管子与管板胀焊结构接头的加工制作,是先焊后胀还是先胀后焊好,至今仍有争论。该文详细分析比较了两种连接加工方法各自的优缺点及应用情况,提出了胀接与焊接先后秩序选择应遵循的主要原则,为实际生产选择合理的制造工艺、保证管子与管板连接接头的质量提供指导与保证。

| Abstract: | To this day there is ongoing controvertsy about whether toexpand first or weld first for tube to tube - sheet joint in heat exchangers. Had a detailed discussion on the advantage,defect and application of the two manufacture methods, raised the main selecting principle about whether to expand first or weld first. And obtained some useful conclusions. |
