| 摘 要： | 如何提高普通高校女生篮球课教学质量和效果,体现出21世纪“以人为本、健康第一”。笔者对女大学生篮球课进行了实验研究,提出在女大学生篮球课中增加理论课时数,促使她们对篮球运动的感性认识到理性认识,丰富篮球文化知识,转变她们对篮球的学习态度,培养学习的主动性,为终身健康体育打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the quality and effects of basketball lessons, truly embody the "human-centered" education conception of the 21st century and put into practice the principle of "Health First", the author made experimental researches on the process of basketball lessons for female college students and suggests the teachers giving lessons to female college students to impart necessary theoretical basketball knowledge, switch the attitudes of female college students about studying basketball, motivate their activity for learning, and then finally lay down a good basic for their life long sports. |
