| 摘 要： | 系统分析了目前高职高专教育中常用的教学质量信息管理系统的运行特征,根据教育质量信息管理系统的目的、作用和要求,对其信息元、信息点做出了改进,并提出了一种以人为本、以市场为引导的、信息元能够自动在教学实施体、教学对系统教学管理体三者之间流动的反馈流动模式,信息流动模式可大大增加教学质量管理系统的能动作用,提高其系统的运行效益.
