| Abstract: | There is a realistic background for the formation of "competition of low cost"of continuing higher education,which is,simultaneously,of some advantages and facing some pressures as well.On the ground of some hypotheses,this paper,with the destination of increased reward function,is aimed to set up the increasing mode of continuing higher education,and deduces realistically the change of increasing mode under different conditions. |
