| 摘 要： | 党的十六大第一次把弘扬培育民族精神写入了大会报告，并且作为实现全面小康社会的奋斗目标，本文依据十六大精神，就弘扬培育民族精神的重要性、在高校加强民族精神教育的必要性进行了较详细的阐述，并对如何搞好民族精神教育提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Carrying forward and cultivating ethos were firstly written to conventional report by Sixteenth National Peoples'Representative of Chinese Communist Party, with the a goal of carrying out wealthy society entirely. The importance of carrying forward and cultivating ethos and the necessity for enhancing ethos education were expatiated in detailed, and some of suggestions of how to do well the ethos education were put forward in this paper. |
