| Abstract: | Hearing procedure system is very important in the administration system. Its core spirit is to obtain a impartial result with a fair procedure. The hearing system in our country is relatively at a starting stage, and need to be developed and perfected. It's a kind of prerequisite and guarantee of rule by law for the public officers to make decisions according to the legal hearing procedure. Its also the outline of rule-by-law. |
