| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,蒋介石作为最高统帅,统领全国军队,其统兵方略很值得研究.其中既有出于公心为抗战所需的举措,也有出于私心发展嫡系、防止异己的谋略;既有有利于抗战的成功办法,也有不利于抗战的错误行为.具体说,其统兵方略可以概括为集中国力、动员全国军队共赴国难;任用"异己",调动各路"诸侯";恩威并施,赏罚亲疏有别;穷思竭虑,严防尾大不掉.

| Abstract: | As a supreme commander in the Anti Japanese War,CHIANG Kai shek's commanded the army of the whole country and his strategical plan deserves study,which can be summarized as follows:muster the national power and mobilize the forces to fight against the aggressors;make use of dissidents and war-lords;apply the carrot and stick judiciously and reward and punish in different standards according to the relation with him;use every method to prevent his subordinates from gorwing too powerful. |
