| 摘 要： | 加强对体育专业学生的能力培养,既是体育教育的需要,也是高校体育教学改革的主要任务。通过成功学理论在排球普修课教学中的运用,将成功学有关知识理念贯穿于教学中的每一个环节,对提高学生的语言表达能力、动作示范能力、教学实践能力和成功意识的培养等均起到了良好教学效果,是适合当前教学改革需要的教学方法之一。
