EMDR在中国的发展历程

本世纪初，EMDR引入中国，开始了八年艰苦发展历程：从人们对它一无所知，到现在有了自己的组织；从最初的30余人，到目前近200人参与学习和应用；从我国在国际EMDR领域上的空白，到开始听到中国EM—DR专业人士的声音，并在亚洲EMDR组织中占有重要的一席之地。这一步一步走来，无不凝聚了中国EMDR治疗推动者们的心血与努力。今天，越来越多的专业人士开始关注EMDR的治疗效果，5·12地震带来的巨大灾难，更是凸显了EMDR在平复灾区民众心理创伤中的重要作用。

The Developing Process of EMDR in China

EMDR was introduced to China in the initial years of this Century. Since then, it has begun the eight years difficult de- velopment, from the completely unknown to having its own organization today, from more than 30 members at the beginning to nearly 200 therapists now, and from China＇ s blank space in the international EMDR field to the hearing of the voices of Chinese EMDR pro- fessionals as well as occupying an important position in the Asia EMDR Association. These very steps filled with the efforts of the pro- moters in China EMDR team. More professionals start noticing the therapeutic effects of EMDR, especially after the 5.12 earthquake which highlighted how effective EMDR is in the treatment of traumatized in the disaster-hit areas.
