| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析当前我国法学学科双语教学中存在的问题,研究语码转换理论以及如何将其运用于法学双语教学实践。提出在正常采用中文教材及汉语授课过程中,通过使用母语模拟外语语境降低输入难度,结合法学专业实际分析开展语码转换式双语教学的必要性及其具体措施。

| Abstract: | The essay studies the problems with bilingual-teaching in the subject of law science at present,code-switch theory applied to bilingual teaching practice in the subject of law.In the course of Chinese lecture given in Chinese textbook mixed with occasional terms and sentence structures for specific input difficulty,we analyses the necessity and the concrete measures in which code-switch bilingual teaching in relation to the field of law science. |
