| Abstract: | Speech is the most important communication symbol. However, the emotion exchange law, equity law, transcendence law, depend-on-each-other law attached to the speech have great significance to the research of interview effect. Because speech is a carrying tool, and emotion is its soul, success is sure to be obtained when the emotion is grasped in the speech. |
