摘    要:文章从学生层面简要探讨了高职院校人才培养方案反馈调整机制的设立,通过科学的评测手段和有效信息的沟通渠道,按照人才培养的过程分阶段建立信息采集平台,使学院人才培养工作的成效能获得及时反馈,同时也使得学院的培养工作更能贴近学生成长的需要,有效地提高培养质量。

Abstract:The personnel training program is the fundamental guidance documents of school personnel,which plays an important role in improving the quality of personnel.Vocational institutions in the formulation and implementation of training plan often cannot form a good interaction and feedback from the student level.This article briefly discusses the establishment of the personnel training program feedback and adjustment mechanism.Through scientific evaluation methods and effective information,we can set up the personnel training platform for the information collection,which not only can get the timely feedbackand of the training,but also makes our work more close to the cultivation of talent development of students need and effectively improve the training quality.
