| 摘 要： | 施工企业对合同管理的理念相对滞后,致使合同在签订和履行过程中不够严谨规范,已严重影响施工企业生产经营及发展,成为需要及时解决的问题。要建立企业内部以合同管理为核心的组织机构,加强法律规范意识、合同风险意识、强化科学规范的合同管理程序,使合同管理规范化、专业化。

| Abstract: | Construction enterprises is lagging behind the concept of contract management,resulting in the signing of the contract and not rigorous enough to fulfill the process of specification,seriously affect the construction and development of production and operation,it has being a problem to be solved as soon as possible.Establishment of internal management as the core of the contract the organization,enhance awareness of legal norms and contract risk,strengthen the scientifilc and standardized procedures for contract management,it has made the contract management standardization and specialization. |
