师范生礼仪课程考核途径初探

摘    要:课程考核作为评价学习效果的重要手段之一,考核形式的改革已成为众多教育工作者共同关注的焦点。传统的论文考核形式很难准确反映课程教学质量,而探索出符合高师院校学生实际的礼仪课程考核途径,才能全方位地考查学生掌握知识、运用知识的能力。所以,通过试讲、变笔试为口试的考核途径,既能考查学生的基础理论,也能达到考查学生的创新能力、实践能力、团队协作和口头表达能力的目标,让学生最终把理论性知识内化为真正属于自己的职业技能及行为习惯。

Abstract:Course examination is one of the important ways of learning effect assessment. The reform of examination forms has become the focus of many educators. It's very difficult for traditional paper examination mode to accurately reflect the teaching quality Only exploring etiquette course testing ways that conform to the normal university students' reality can comprehensively evaluate student's ability of mastering and managing knowledge. Therefore, combination of the examination approaches of students' trial teaching and changing the written testing into oral testing not only test students' fundamental theory but also achieve the aim of checking students' abilities of innovation, practice, teamwork and oral expression, and let students finally change theoretical knowledge into their own vocational skills and behavioural habits
