| 摘 要： | 英语谚语是西方文化的重要组成部分。从认知语言学的视角,运用概念整合理论中的四种概念整合网络,尝试着分析英语谚语的理解过程,揭示出英语谚语理解过程中的认知机制和动态的意义构建过程,同时也表明概念整合理论具有强大的阐释力。

| Abstract: | English proverbs are an important part of western culture.From the perspective of cognitive linguistics,this thesis tries to analyze the process of understanding English proverbs through four conceptual integration networks of conceptual integration theory.It reveals the cognitive mechanism and dynamic meaning constructions in the process of understanding language and also illustrates that conceptual integration theory has mighty explanatory power. |
