| Abstract: | It is of strategic significance to conduct career planning for students of the local colleges and universities in Hunan Province,which is closely related to college students' future career success.College students have their own level of ability,salary expectations,psychological tolerance and it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis to make more accurate assessment in line with their actual location and to address career planning,what to do,where to dohow to dothe basic problem. |
