| Abstract: | As an experience owner of the internationalization of legal graduate education,the article analyzed the premises of the internationalization of graduate education by taking Melbourne Law School as an example.The article emphasized that internationalization should not be a slogan;the question related to how to realize the internationalization by improving the educational institutional setting and fundamental communicative ability of the students should be well concerned. |
