| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战后，德国领土分割，经济凋敝，主权地位及冷战中的联盟归属被悬置。在诸多因素作用下，德意志民族心理经历了一个重塑过程。德意志民族心理的重塑，为1949年新生的国家——西德的外交方略的形成奠立了思想基础。

| Abstract: | In the primary stage of the postwar period, Germany was territorially divided and economically perished. Her sovereign stand and alignment status had long been suspended. Being stimulated by many factors, Germany national psychology underwent a remoulding process, laying an ideological basis for the shaping of the diplomatic strategy of West Germany newly born in 1949. |
