从现代散打步法存在的问题看竞技散打的技术现状和发展趋势

步法是散打中重要的技术,直接影响着散打整体技术的发挥。研究发现,目前散打步法尚处于较为无序状态,缺少有效的静态步型和动态步法。步法训练指导思想不明确,缺少科学有效的手段,技术严重不足,表现在:步法单一,与拳腿摔等技术配合失调,行进间难以连续发力,步法与其他技法的复合性差。改进散打步法势在必行,应将传统武术的一些步法经过科学训练应用于实战。此外,深入发掘传统武术的其他技术,应用于散打丰富散打技术也是一项非常有意义的系统工程。

Technical situation and developing tendency of Sanshou as seen from problems existing in footwork

Footwork is important in Sanshou and influences directly the exertion of the whole techniques. Studies show that the footwork at present is in disorder. There is no static and (dynamic) footwork. The guiding ideas of the training are unclear and unscientific. There are insufficient techniques. It is shown that the footwork is simplified and not in accordance with the leg and fist techniques. It is difficult to give powerful and successive play in move. Therefore,it is necessary to improve the contemporary Sanshou footwork and to exploit other techniques of the traditional Wushu so as to apply them to Sanshou footwork.
