| Abstract: | mRNA differential display technique is an effective method to separate and clone new genes which express specially in many situations in recent years.It is mainly determined to search and clone the different genes in plants which are related to the mechanism of resistance to adverse and disease in plants.This paper reviews the disadvantages and improvements of the technique in recent years. |
