论中国现代军队饮食文化建设

军队饮食文化是中华饮食文化的重要组成部分，是中国众多饮食文化圈中相对独立、特色鲜明的子系统，具有饮食活动的时代性、饮食目标的明确性、饮食定量的统一性、饮食人群体的稳定性、饮食惯制的规范性、饮食保障的多样性、饮食参与的广泛性等特点。建设现代军队饮食文化要依据这些特点，从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面对军队饮食文化进行创新。
