论中国现代军队饮食文化建设

摘    要:军队饮食文化是中华饮食文化的重要组成部分,是中国众多饮食文化圈中相对独立、特色鲜明的子系统,具有饮食活动的时代性、饮食目标的明确性、饮食定量的统一性、饮食人群体的稳定性、饮食惯制的规范性、饮食保障的多样性、饮食参与的广泛性等特点。建设现代军队饮食文化要依据这些特点,从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面对军队饮食文化进行创新。

Construction of Morden Military Diet Culture

Abstract:Military diet culture is an important part of Chinese food culture.Relatively independent to other culture circles of Chinese dietetic culture , military diet culture is the distinctive subsystem with several characteristics , such as the epochal character of diet activities , the definite of diet goals , the unity of diet quantitatively , the stabil-ity of dining crowd , the normative of diet spoil system , the variety of sustenance support , the universality of partici-pating in the diet.According to these characteristics , to construct modern military diet culture should innovate the material culture, system culture and spiritual culture of military diet culture.
