泛长三角地区行业就业结构变化分析

文章以泛长三角地区2003-2011年行业部门从业人员数据为研究基础，借助信息论中的信息熵和区域经济学中的区位商原理，分析了泛长三角地区行业就业结构的动态演变特征。结果表明：在研究区间内，泛长三角地区行业就业结构信息熵呈波动下降趋势并趋于稳定，行业就业人口分布集中有序，工业、服务业是吸纳劳动力就业的主要行业。空间维度上，2010年泛长三角地区行业就业结构信息熵大体由内陆向沿海呈阶梯状递减的趋势分布。信息熵低的城市，其工业和服务业区位商都大于1，具有比较优势。

An Analysis of Employment Structures in Pan-Yangtze-River-Delta Area

This paper takes the industry sectors employing data in the pan Yangtze River delta from 2003 to 2011 as the research foundation , with the help of information entropy in information theory and principle about location quo-tient in regional economics , analyzes the dynamic evolution of the characteristics about industry employment struc -ture in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region.The results showed that：in the study period , the information entropy of industry employment structure in Pan -Yangtze River Delta region was declining volatility and stabilize , employ-ment population industry is concentrated and orderly , industry and services are the main industries to absorb labor force.The spatial dimension , the information entropy of industry employment structure generally has a ladder shaped from inland to coastal and shows a decreasing trend by the Pan -Yangtze River Delta region in 2010.Low information entropy of the city , its construction industrial and service industries are greater than one , has a compar-ative advantage.
