| 摘 要： | 法律基础课不仅承载法律教育,更要体现德育内容。法律作为道德的底线,贯穿着社会主义道德精神。通过对大学生进行法制知识教育,培养其法律意识,同时促进大学生道德水准的提高.因为,具有一定的法律意识是德育以及社会对人才的基本要求。

| Abstract: | The Basic Course of Laws not only aims at carrying out education on laws,but also embodies the content of moral education.As the bottom-line of morality,law coexists with socialist ethics.The education on laws carried out in universities can cultivate their awareness of laws,and also enhance the morality of university students.To some extent,the awareness of laws is the basis and prerequisite of useful talents. |
