| 摘 要： | 自由使用是世界各国著作权法中的一个重要概念,涉及到著作权保护范围及作品如何使用引发的各种相关问题。把握得当,对科技发展和文化创新是一种促进;运用失当,则成为学术造假和学风腐败的一个源头。在一定程度上,对自由使用的准确理解与合理把控是创作者个人遵守科学准则和学术道德规范的重要前提。

| Abstract: | Academic works freely used is an important concept in the world copyright law.It involves scope of copyright protection and a wide variety of related issues which is generated works to free use.If properly managed,it is a promotion to technological development and cultural innovation.If used improperly,it will become a source of academic swindle and study corruption.To some extent, accurate understanding and reasonable to charge of academic works freely used,which is an important prerequisite for creators' individual compliance with scientific guidelines and academic standards. |
