健美操美学特征对武术套路运动在高校发展的启示

本文主要运用美学的相关原理,从体育学和教育学角度出发,对健美操和武术套路二者的美学特征进行比较研究。研究发现：二者除了具有体育美学的最基本特征外,健美操在外在形式表现美方面具有一定的优势,但缺乏充分的内在意蕴美,应该从和谐、神韵等方面来丰富其文化内涵。武术套路虽然具有悠久的文化内涵,能表现出丰富的意蕴美,但在外在形式美方面存在一定的缺陷,应在形体、队形、音乐、活力等方面进行改进,否则很难满足高校学生的需求。武术套路应学习健美操的项目特点,取长补短,才能不断充实自身美学特征,更加适应高校体育的发展。
